1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EscrowVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Escrow Services

EscrowVault provides crypto escrow services. We act as a neutral third party holding funds until transaction conditions are met. We charge a 1% fee on completed transactions with a minimum of $1.00 and maximum of $50.00.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must: provide accurate information, maintain account security, not use the platform for illegal activities, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, our team will review evidence from both parties and make a fair resolution. Decisions are final and binding. We aim to resolve all disputes within 24-48 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

EscrowVault is not liable for: losses due to user negligence, unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials, or market value fluctuations of cryptocurrencies during the escrow period.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
